An ice cream van pulled up to Mount Gould Hospital in Plymouth this morning as UNISON handed out treats for NHS staff.
UNISON staff and stewards were out on the road all week in the Bristol and Bath area with our very own organising van.
A 3% offer for NHS staff was announced by the government this evening. The offer falls short of UNISON’s claim for £2,000 for every member of the NHS. UNISON’s health committee will meet to discuss the next steps. More follows.
