Trans Ally Workshop 2024

This workshop, developed in conjunction with our regional LGBT+ Self-Organised Group, and will look at UNISON’s policies and how to be a trans ally.  

It will cover: 

  • UNISON’s policies and general awareness of how UNISON approaches this issue  
  • Inclusive language
  • How to challenge Trans discrimination
  • Practical tips on being an ally
  • …and a little bit of history  

This workshop is delivered by arrangement with branches online or in person. Please use the form below to register your interest as a branch who would like to organise this learning or for a group of representatives.
