We want all our workplaces to be as inclusive as possible – so let’s use this year to make sure our workplaces policies are as inclusive as they can be.
We have created a check list of what your policies should include for LGBT+ inclusion. The aim of this checklist is to ‘stock-take’ your workplace policies and establish what work your branch can do to improve LGBT+ equality within your workplace(s).
This is an opportunity for LGBT+ officers and other branch officers to access support for learning how to complete UNISON’s Year of LGBT+ Workers Checklist from the regional LGBT+ self-organised group.
