We need more UNISON Learning Reps across the region.
To help us as a union get the word out across the region about learning we have volunteers who love learning and want to spread the word. These volunteers are called Union Learning representatives (ULRs).
- Are you willing to encourage and support other colleagues with learning in the workplace?
- Want to share a positive learning experience and get colleagues to get involved?
- Why not become a learning rep in your workplace?

Union learning representatives are entitled to reasonable paid time off for training and for carrying out their duties as set out above. Union members are entitled to unpaid time off to consult their learning representative, as long as they belong to a bargaining unit for which the union is recognised.
