Our first offer is for Drug Calculations learning.
‘This course will cover all the areas of maths you will need for drugs calculation exams. For these exams you will need to be confident in understanding measures, conversion between different measures, converting and simplifying factions, decimals, and calculations involving time. The course will cover methods for error checking and improving accuracy. You will be given real nursing calculations to practice and be tested on. ‘
This course will help you understand and know the maths behind calculating dosages for oral medication.

10 Minute Test – Is this course for you?
This course is made up of two sessions on Saturday 12th and 19th June between 9:30am – 4pm. You will need to attend both sessions.
We have 15 spaces available, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

This taster will provide an introduction to academic study so that participants can plan or review their priorities for personal and professional development. The taster session is 2 hours and will either run in an evening or weekend.
