UNISON’s One Team campaign gives NHS support staff the recognition they deserve.
These unsung heroes played a vital role in the NHS response to COVID-19 and will continue to do so as we move into winter and cases continue to rise.
Our aim is to highlight those staff who carry out essential roles that all help towards better patient care: porters, laundry staff, medical secretaries, security staff, telephonists, cleaners, caretakers, IT staff and many more.
