This workshop, developed in conjunction with our regional LGBT+ Self-Organised Group, and will look at UNISON’s policies and how to be a trans ally.
It will cover:
- UNISON’s policies and general awareness of how UNISON approaches this issue
- Inclusive language
- How to challenge Trans discrimination
- Practical tips on being an ally
- …and a little bit of history
