Residential Organising & Campaigning Bootcamp – NEW!
Please note there is a charge to branches of £100 per delegate to cover part of the accommodation and catering costs.
This pilot residential event is designed to ensure organising is at the heart of what we do. It will give both experienced reps and new reps the skills to:
- Build UNISON’s strength in the workplace
- Identify and analyse campaigning issues in the workplace
- Overcoming barriers to organising and campaigning
- Understand strategy and tactics in campaigning
- Crafting a campaign message
- Identifying new activists and leaders
- Building coalitions with allies
This will be a highly interactive event and will encourage activists to feel confident being active both in their workplaces and wider communities.
