This is a bespoke training course for UNISON Activists and Members within the Somerset Local Govt. & Community Branch only.
This course will go in to more in-depth detail about the Job Evaluation process and how you can get more involved in UNISON to ensure fairness and equality during the process.
The session will run from 9.30am until 16:30pm and will take place at our UNISON Regional Office in Taunton.
Joining instructions & maps etc., will be sent directly to individuals registered; week beginning 13th November.
Pay and grading – factors to consider in developing a new pay and grading structure, analysing the results of job evaluation, drawing grade boundaries, setting the pay structure and carrying out an equal pay audit and equality impact assessment.
