Understanding Trade Union Law 

The UK has some of the most restrictive legislation on what trade unions can do, and how we operate.

This workshop will cover:  

  • Who decides if a trade union is legally a trade union 
  • Industrial action – how the law on strike action works
  • Union political funds
  • Trade Union recognition

If you are in need of support to request time off from your work to attend please talk to the branch to gain support.
