This half-day online workshop will introduce activists to the concept of Disability Passports and how they can help people with disabilities in the workplace.
It will cover
- What is a disability passport?
- How they can help people in the workplace
- What reps need to know and how UNISON can support disabled members using the passport
- What constitutes and reasonable adjustment and how we can help negotiate them.
