This course is aimed at all reps looking to gain more knowledge on how disability law works, and how we can challenge disability discrimination in the workplace.
It will cover:
- The legal context for Disability rights
- How the law works
- How reasonable adjustments should be applied by employers
- Disability and sick absence procedures
- How we can use to the law to challenge disability discrimination
- How we can organise in workplaces to challenge discrimination
