Are you a shielded worker on reduced pay?

UNISON has sought legal advice in terms of potential claims of discrimination arising from disability.

Our legal advice states that requiring a disabled worker who would ordinarily be capable of working to stay at home on reduced pay (because they are shielding on government advice) could amount to unfavourable treatment.
