The offer for staff who hold contracts of employment with United Learning:
- A flat rate of £1290 or 5.5%, which-ever is greater
- The minimum rate of pay for most staff will be This year the minimum rate of pay is £12.41/£14.23/£15.02 per hour (outside London/Outer London/Inner London).
- A higher minimum rate of £12.78/£14.65/£15.46 (Out of London/Outer London/Inner London) per hour for ‘pupil-facing roles’
- Introduction of a personal leave day
- The increased pay will be implemented from 1 September 2024
- The working week will remain at 37.5 hours
- Introducing a private Health Cash Plan
This offer is the best that can be achieved by negotiation. A vote to reject the pay offer means that you are prepared to take part in a ballot for local, sustained industrial action to win a better offer.
