Your campaign for fair pay for social workers and occupational therapists is overseen by your representatives on the Fair Pay Disputes Committee.
The committee is made up of a cross-section of staff from teams across the Adult Social Care and the 0-25 teams.
It is up to you, as UNISON members, to decide who you want to represent you and make the key decisions on next steps.
You can nominate yourself or a colleague by completing this form.
We are seeking representatives from all teams.
Ideally: 3 from North; 3 from Central; 3 from South; 2 from Safeguarding; 2 from Home to Decide; 2 from Promoting Independence.
