Equality is at the heart of UNISON’s actions and values. This workshop will cover:
- How the Equality Act works
- How the law defines discrimination
- Who is covered by equality laws?
- The importance of defending equality legislation
- How we organise around equality and diversity
This course will be run online via ZOOM or MS TEAMS.
