FAQs
Regional Council
-
I need to stay overnight. Can I have accommodation?
No, as this meeting is only two hours long. In addition it’s hoped that Branches will register Get Active participants already at Croyde Bay as Regional Council branch delegates.
-
Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch will be available from 1pm to 2pm. Any dietary requirements should be submitted when registering.
-
What are my transport options?
The venue has onsite parking. The region will look into providing a minibus at a set time for those travelling by train. Please don’t book a rail ticket until the minibus pick up and drop off times have been confirmed.
-
What do I do if I need childcare, need to bring a facilitator or have access requirements?
Please complete the appropriate application form – in this case, it is being done via the Get Active registration page.
-
When is the agenda issued?
Further details about Regional Council, including the agenda, will be sent to all registered delegates approximately ten days ahead of the meeting.
