This course will be a mixture of theory, practice and will involve analysing and understanding lessons from speeches from history - from Martin Luther King Jr. via Tony Benn to Michelle Obama. The course will help activists to: understand how an effective speech is constructed practice writing speeches that convey our messages and values - and inspire people to action develop the confidence to deliver speeches in different contexts - from branch meetings to national conferences There is a charge of £50 to branches for this course.
