This workshop is aimed and both new reps and stewards and more experienced reps who are looking for a refresher on GDPR and the importance of this legislation for reps and branches.
It will cover:
-How GDPR works
-The legal responsibilities of UNISON under GDPR
-How to ensure that Branches are GDPR compliant
-GDPR and the Case Form/representation of members
