Cathedral Schools Trust support staff meeting

14 May 2025 5:00pm–6:00pm

Online

The Cathedral Schools Trust has been underpaying you and taking away hundreds of pounds away from you every year.

Support staff in other schools nearby, under the local authority, receive their yearly pay award in April, just like all government workers.

When the Trust took over your school, they decided to delay your pay award by five months each year, in order to save tens of thousands of pounds each year off the back of the lowest paid workers in the Trust, while your CEO comfortably sits on £180,000 a year.

You could be losing out on as much as £540 in pay this year alone! You can find out approximately how much pay you’ve lost out on this year here: Pay Calculator – UNISON South West.

UNISON members at CST are organising a meeting for all support staff, whether they’re in UNISON or not, to come together and talk about your pay in the Trust.

This is your chance to meet your colleagues from other schools and plan what you can do collectively to challenge this injustice.

Register to join your colleagues at 5pm on Wednesday 14 May

Invite your colleagues too. By coming together, you can win back the pay that has been unfairly taken away from you.
