UNISON has been supporting members who have not been paid the correct rate for their holiday.
It has become apparent that this affects all staff who have not raised it themselves with Care South.
Your holiday pay rate should include any overtime pay, out of hours payments and any other additional payments you may receive whilst working. Staff from Care South are coming together collectively to sign this petition and are asking that Care South look at the way they calculate holiday pay and ask that they all be paid the correct rate when taking holiday.
Sign the petition below to call on Care South to correct the way staff are paid for holiday pay. To reimburse up to two years back pay and to also reimburse any recent leavers of the organisation.
