UNISON Torbay Health branch is a proactive health branch in the South West region and has exciting an opportunity to recruit a Caseworker / Organiser to support members in Health Trusts and the private and voluntary sector across South Devon.

Successful candidates will bring their experience and skills in assisting the Branch to build density via recruitment campaigns, to undertake individual casework, support the recruitment of new activists and drive forward our campaigning work. The successful candidate will be an experienced team player, have good communication and time management skills, including the ability to organise your own workload and effectively manage and deliver your priorities.

You will need to undertake a range of recruitment and casework duties to support our members and activists including often working to tight deadlines and being responsible for updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
