Bath and North East Somerset UNISON branch is looking for a Branch Organiser / Caseworker to join the team.
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Organising and supporting workers in health and social care and education workplaces
- Individual workplace advice and representation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in workplace organising
- An emerging knowledge of employment law and a willingness to learn about this and member representation
- A background in education, social care, or community support and activism.
- A passion for collective organising and union building
