UNISON Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Branch are currently recruiting a Branch Caseworker.

You need to be an enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual to support our branch and members. The successful candidate will bring your experience and skills to the role and be able to undertake case work, representation and negotiation.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be proactive and work on your own initiative, with a focus on achieving outcomes for our members.   You will also have good interpersonal skills, and able to listen and advise our members, helping them resolve issues and working together to find solutions.

A thorough understanding of the role of trade unions is essential and a good knowledge of UNISON objectives is beneficial for this post.
