About this job

The South West region is currently recruiting a Local Fighting Fund Organiser to the Exeter area. Successful candidates will bring their experience and skills in assisting branches to recruit, map membership density, develop new activists, organise and drive forward our campaigning work in branches and across the region.

To undertake this role you must have good interpersonal and IT skills, excellent administrative and organisational skills and a good understanding and knowledge of the trade union movement.

You will need to be able to travel within the geographical location of the region for meetings/training as required. You will be required to live within reasonable travelling distance of the area you are asked to cover.
